Only a Queen could make this beautiful, and special Juneteenth arrangement, to honor MY Queen, in Mississippi! I gave no directions, just ideas, and let the Artist create this beauty! I couldn't have designed it better, if I tried! So thoughtful, and each color, and artistic touch, was crafted with obvious spiritual guidance (from the Recipient's Spiritual Ancestors). Velma went above and beyond to ensure these were perfectly delivered on Juneteenth! It was an honor to have you put so much love and thoughtfulness into my intended gift! Thank you for the beautiful casket piece. It is beautiful. Perfect colors. It was delivered timely. The mix of flowers is simply gorgeous. This is the only flower that we ordered due to budget and there was a bit of concern about the size but it really makes us feel like we chose well and aren’t lacking because this piece compliments her dress and everything. I said it already but it’s beautiful. We are pleased. Thank you so much!

Very dissatisfied with my order and customer service. I placed an order for mother's day and the recipient was called first. The order was not delivered on the day I selected and on the following day, they were not delivered until after 12. Since the recipient had been called prior, she knew flowers were coming and was disappointed that they weren't delivered. I called to cancel my order because I was not happy with the service. I was told that my order could not be cancelled because it was out for delivery. The recipient called to have them cancelled herself, and tried to decline them at time of delivery. Even though the flowers were delivered, they were not what I had ordered. The flowers were completely different, with lillies being in the arrangement. Lillies are toxic for animals and I avoided them for a reason. Also, the vase wasn't even the same. There's a guarantee on the vendor's website that if I wasn't satisfied with my order, that I'd be refunded in full. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the vendor is non-compliant and does not live up to her guarantee. By customer service alone, I would not recommend them.
